Airbnb has a long list of possible amenities, make sure you fill out all that apply, because the more amenities you provide and list, the more potential guests will see your listing. Make sure you list essentials like sheets and towels as well as unique amenities like fireplaces and pools.
If your amenity does not appear on the site’s list, make sure to mention it in your listing description.

Airbnb evaluates hosts for Superhost status every quarter. Superhosts receive a number of perks from Airbnb, once they meet the following requirements:

Activity: Superhosts must host at least 10 trips per year
