How long until i make a profit?
You won't see a profit until you've paid off your initial investment. Fortunately, it can often take just a few months to pay off what you spent to set up your rental.
To calculate how many months it will take to pay off the initial investment, subtract your monthly costs from your monthly income, then divide your initial cost by this number.
