On Airbnb, stars don’t appear next to your title until you have three reviews, so try to get those as fast as possible and try to make them five stars.  To get bookings faster as a beginner, try not charging for cleaning, have a more flexible cancelation policy and undercut the competition.  Once you have a few more reviews, you can adjust your price and settings accordingly.
