4. Make yourself available
Make sure your guests know that you are always available and make sure you clearly state your preferred method of communication. You should be able to answer a message or text, especially if it is an emergency, within 20 minutes during regular working hours (8 am to 8 pm). Let your guests know your work hours and the best way to contact you.
If you know that you will not be available during a certain period of time, let your guests know and always have a live person that they can reach during this time in case of an emergency.
