Raffia Wall Hanging
I started working with raffia by chance when one of my neighbors said he noticed I did crafts and he had a new bag of raffia spools lying around. It took me a few weeks to get around to actually using it, but it instantly became. one of my favorite crafting materials (move over, jute!). Lightweight and versatile, raffia is also easy to work with and very forgiving.
This was my second (successful) raffia project and I am so happy with it. It packs a real visual punch with its size and texture and is guaranteed to give any room a boho, coastal vibe.
