Airbnb's Host Protection Insurance offers hosts $1,000,000 primary liability coverage in case guests get injured on your property, as well as a $1,000,000 Host Guarantee, that protects your property from damage caused by guests or their guests.
Note that the Host Protection Insurance is only available in certain countries. Make sure your country is covered here.
Make sure this is enough coverage for you and talk to your insurance professional about whether you need additional insurance. Note that the Host Guarantee is not homeowner’s or renter’s insurance and should not be considered a replacement.
