Dupont Circle Multi-unit
This 5-unit building was in serious need of a remodel. We gutted bathrooms and kitchens, as well as sanded wood floors and added baseboards & window trim.

In the bathrooms, we replaced the tile, vanities, sinks, and toilets. We reframed the windows and gave everything a fresher, cleaner look

In the Kitchens, we replaced all appliances, changed all cabinets, sinks, countertops, and floors. We also framed the windows and added backsplashes. In some of the apartments we used dark cabinets, while in other we used white.

In all areas, we splurged and replaced all the trim for a more sleek look, and painted the walls neutral colors.
